Fertility & family building.
Fertility is about more than biology.
The question of children is often about fertility, age, relationships and how you want your life to look, all at once. Danish research confirms that personal fertility advice helps women understand their options and work out what the next step should be for them.

Typical questions
- I would like to have children – but can I allow myself to wait?
- Could something make it difficult for me to get pregnant?
- Is there anything I can do to improve my chances of getting pregnant?
- When in my cycle am I most likely to get pregnant?
- I have been trying to get pregnant without success – when should I seek help?
- How much does my lifestyle affect my chances of pregnancy?
- What do I need to know if I am considering becoming a single mother?
- I am LGBT+ – what options do I have for having children?
Your situation, your options
I start from your age, your cycle, your history and your wishes for building a family. If you are already trying to get pregnant, I also look at how long you have been trying, previous pregnancies and other factors that may matter for your fertility. If you are considering single motherhood or other routes to building a family, I look at the options that are relevant to you. On that basis we assess together whether further examinations or fertility help are needed – and what a good next step could be.
